I wanted to take the time to send out a special thanks to our local leather group, Harbor Masters of Maine. Prior to entering International Mr. Deaf Leather contest in Chicago, I was unsure about entering the contest. But with support and encouragement from my brothers at Harbor Masters, I finally found the courage to enter the contest and learn from the experience. I was surprised when I won the title of International Mr. Deaf Leather 2009 on July 2nd. I am so grateful for the support and sponsorship from Harbor Masters of Maine.
